1. DAY
In the morning: I wake up with 1 cup warm water 1 cup grape juice, oatmeal with milk, 1 tablespoon honey
Morning snack: 1 cup of warm water, 1 cup of grape juice
17:00 pm: 1 glass of grape juice, oatmeal with milk, 1 tablespoon honey
Nights: 1 cup of warm water, 1 cup of grape juice
2. DAY
Morning: Wake up, 1 cup of warm water, 1 cup of boiled raisins, boiled rice, 1 cup light yogurt and 1 tablespoon honey
Morning snack: 1 cup warm water
17:00 pm: 1 cup of boiled raisins, boiled rice, 1 cup light yogurt and 1 tablespoon honey
Mid-morning: 1 glass of water
Nights: 1 cup warm water
3. DAY
Morning: Wake up, 1 cup of warm water, chicken broth, 1 bunch of grapes, 1 sandwich bread
