1. DAY
Morning: Half a cup of tea or coffee up to 100 grams of tuna meat
Lunch: Half a grapefruit or grapefruit juice, a slice of bread, 1 cup fresh bean
Dinner: 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1 slice of toast tea or coffee, 1 cup grated carrots and 1 apple, 1 cup plain ice cream
2. DAY
Morning: Tea or coffee, 1 cup melting cheese or tuna, 2 pieces of veal
Lunch: 1 egg, 8 saltine crackers, 1 cup broccoli or cabbage
Dinner: 1 slice of toast and half a banana, tea or coffee, half a bowl of carrot and half a banana, half a bowl of plain ice cream
3. DAY
Morning: Tea or coffee, 1 boiled egg, 1 cup tuna, 1 cup carrots
Lunch: 5 saltine crackers, 1 slice toast, 1 cup cauliflower, 1 cup melon
Dinner: 30 grams of cheddar cheese and an apple tea or coffee, half a bowl of plain ice cream
