Sour Meatballs Recipe |
MATERIALS
1 and a half kg boned leg of lamb
1 cup kidney beans
250 g fine wheat
1 cup chickpeas
2 tomatoes
2 onions
2 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter
4 sour sumac branch
250 g lean ground beef
1 / 2 bunch parsley, chopped
red pepper
dried mint
salt, black pepper
PREPARATION
